Facility Respite

Facility Respite provides a scheduled overnight break for caregivers from caring for the chronically or terminally ill person living at home.

Facililty overnight respite care located in long term care centers within the Calgary Zone.

Access
Service Providers May Include
health care aids (HCAs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), registered nurses (RNs)
Eligibility

If eligible, hardship funding may be available. Speak with Home Care Case Manager.

Referral Needed

Referral is required to be submitted by a Home Care Case Manager.
