Gastrointestinal Clinic

For patients diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease requiring interdisciplinary health services.

Clinic consists of a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacy, dietitian, and allied health services for patients with an established diagnosis of one of the listed conditions. Services include supportive education for patients & families, assistance to set-up medication funding and delivery, monitoring during treatment, and education to prevent re-infection.

Eligibility

Must be 18 years or older diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease.
