Gastrointestinal Clinic

For patients diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Clinic consists of a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacy, dietitian, and allied health services for patients with an established diagnosis of one of the listed conditions. Services include supportive education for patients & families, assistance to set-up medication funding and delivery, monitoring during treatment, and education to recognize disease progression.

Access
Service Providers May Include
dieticians, gastroenterologists, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nurse practitioners (NPs), occupational therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, registered nurses (RNs), social workers
Eligibility

Must be 18 years or older diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
