Addiction and Mental Health - Community Mental Health Services

Provides community outpatient assessment, treatment, and follow-up for individuals experiencing addiction and / or mental health concerns.

Generalist clinicians work with adult individuals (18+) and their familieswhere appropriate, to assess and develop collaborative goals and treatment plans.
Services may include:

  • short-to moderate term (typically 6-8 sessions) goal-oriented outpatient mental health therapy
  • psychoeducation and skill-based mental health therapy groups
  • collaboration with supporting Social Worker, Addiction Counsellors, and Psychiatrist - when appropriate
  • referrals to other community resources and programs
