Psychiatric Outpatient Program

Provides a group program for adults with addictions and mental health concerns and offers referrals to support services.

This program offers daytime groups, which have a focus on understanding life long patterns, learning new information and skills, developing insights and dealing with concerns. The therapists offer a multimodal blend of applying a psychodynamic approach in order to gain insight into how one's childhood shapes their worldview and behaviours as an adult, while providing very practical skills (CBT, DBT) and real-time feedback to change these dysfunctional behaviours and thought patterns.

Services offered may include:

  • Group day program
  • Emotional Regulation Group
