As we continue to improve organizational capacity and modernize our services, we have recently transitioned to a new staff scheduling system, MySchedule (powered by Infor WFM). This system replaces, unifies and standardizes previous scheduling systems including Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP), which will no longer be supported by the vendor at the end of 2025.
This new system allows us to continue to meet the needs of AHS, provincial health agencies and our affiliates, while also electronically scheduling staff and managing staffing levels so leaders and staff have the support they need, while patients get the highest quality of care.
You can also use the Infor Go app which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Automated Shift Callout (ASC) is software used by Provincial Scheduling Shared Services for employees who are scheduled through a Staffing Service Centre. Download the Vocantas Communicate Mobile app on your phone to receive and reply to shift offers and posted shifts.
