Addiction and Mental Health - Community Addiction Services

Provides outpatient assessment, treatment, and follow-up for individuals across the lifespan experiencing addiction related concerns.

Support for individuals and families who have concerns surrounding alcohol, drugs, gambling, and tobacco use. Support for process/behavioural addictions (ex: gaming, sex, pornography, etc) may also be accessed in consultation with Mental Health Therapists and/or Psychiatrist. Services may include

  • individual counselling
  • family support sessions
  • education
  • overdose prevention & Naloxone training
  • relapse prevention, and referrals to recovery supports.

Addictions Counselling is aimed to prevent, reduce, and recover from the harmful effects of substance use and gambling.

Regularly scheduled drop in schedule provides access to a counsellor with minimal wait. Booked appointments are available.
