Party Punch

This fizzy punch has no added sugar, but is still sweet from the natural sugar in the fruit juice. You can use other 100% fruit juice concentrates or frozen fruits to suit your tastes. The Alberta Nutrition Guidelines recommend limiting juice to ½ cup (125 mL) per day. Enjoy a small glass at your next celebration.


1 can Frozen 100% orange juice concentrate 355 mL
1 can Frozen 100% apple juice concentrate 355 mL
2 cups Ice cubes 500 mL
8 cups Club Soda 2 L
1 lb package Frozen fruit like strawberries, blueberries or peaches 454 g
2 Oranges, peeled, sliced and cut into segments 2


1. Combine the ingredients into a large punch bowl.
2. Stir gently.
3. Serve immediately.

Makes 24 servings (125 mL/ ½ cup/ 168 g)

Per Serving: 70 calories, 0 g fat, (0 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat), 25 mg sodium, 17 g carbohydrate, 1 g protein, 1 g fibre.
