Mental Health Liaison

Bridges the gap between mental and physical healthcare.

These specialists work out of community Recovery Alberta offices.
They perform the following duties:

  • Emergency Department consultations
  • Assessments
  • Brief treatment
  • Bridging between facility and community (client care transition) for internal referrals
  • Liaise between local Recovery Alberta offices and community agencies and professionals
  • Assist individuals in navigating local services
