Continuing Care Services (East)

Offers 24/7 care for people who have long-term health concerns. Also provides day programs for people living in the community.

Provides care for people with long-term health concerns. In addition to 24 / 7 residential nursing care, this service offers:

  • physical, occupational, or recreational therapy
  • pharmacy, podiatry, social work, or pastoral counselling services

Also offers services for clients who live in the community, including:

  • respite
  • day programs
