Nutrition Services

Provides one-to-one nutrition counseling and tailored nutrition advice that align with the client's goals that improve dietary behaviours associated with good health. We can also provide guidance on a diet their doctor has recommended.

Some of the more common reasons to see a registered dietitian include:

  • malnutrition
  • allergies impacting adequacy of diet
  • celiac disease
  • irritable bowel syndrome
  • inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis)
  • high Cholesterol or Dyslipidemia
  • hypertension
  • restrictive diet resulting in nutrient deficiencies (i.e Keto, Paelo, etc)
  • pregnancy and Lactation
  • vegan and vegetarian

Follow-up appointments can be booked if needed.
