Interpretive Services

Offers access to interpreters by telephone, video remote interpretation and in person for Covenant Health.

Provides interpreter services for Covenant Health sites only, to help patients and their families communicate with healthcare providers about their treatment and care. This service can provide access to telephone interpreters for more immediate or emergent needs, video remote interpretation and limited in-person interpreters services for pre-arranged appointments.

To arrange for a telephone-based, video remote or in-person interpreter, please talk to your health care provider. Interpretive Services are provided at no cost to the patient. This may include telephone, video remote or in-person interpreters depending on the services available within a particular location and the time of day.
