Bereavement Support Program

8 week program designed to give people information and strategies to learn about loss and how to cope with grief.

The sessions are not intended to be a group therapy environment, but rather an opportunity to learn together, and in the process to receive and offer support and understanding. Focusing on a different topic each week, the program is designed to give people information and strategies from trained facilitators to learn about loss and how to cope with one's grief.
