Provides neuropsychological assessment and intervention for older adults with memory and/or thinking problems, such as mild cognitive impairment and dementia.Services may include: assessment of cognition and behavior diagnostic clarification of dementia consultation with interdisciplinary health care providers psychoeducation and intervention for patients, family members, and care partners

Older adults ages 65 and older. Only Seniors Health Clinic referrals accepted.
For community dwelling older adults who are currently followed by a geriatrician WITHIN a Calgary Zone Seniors Health Clinic (i.e., Bridgeland Seniors Health Clinic or Rockyview General Hospital Seniors Health Clinic). We are UNABLE to accept referrals from the community.
