This central access referral service provides a single point of entry for patients looking to access Nutrition Services in the Central Zone.

This central access and triage service is a single point of entry for nutrition referral in the Central Zone. A registered dietitian assists clients to make diet, behavioural, and lifestyle changes to manage their medical condition and / or improve their health. The majority of nutrition couselling occurs on an individual basis, however, group sessions may be offered to promote enhanced learning of clients prior to an individual appointment.
