Menopause Clinic

Diagnosis and management of perimenopause and menopause using a symptom¿based approach. Care is evidence¿based, patient¿centred, and individualized, with thoughtful risk-benefit discussions, particularly for women with higher¿risk profiles.

The clinic offers:

  • Initiation, optimization, and monitoring of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
  • Management of HRT-related side effects, including unscheduled or abnormal bleeding
  • Non-hormonal treatment strategies where HRT is contraindicated or not desired

Additional areas of care:

  • Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM)
  • Mood, sleep, and cognitive symptoms related to menopause
  • Sexual health, including low libido
  • Bone health and osteoporosis risk assessment
