Sexual Health Clinic

Sexual Health clinics in Central zone offer both drop-in services and booked appointments.

Sexual & Reproductive Health services and include the following:

All locations:

  • Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) testing & treatment
  • Free emergency contraception
  • Free condoms
  • Birth control information
  • Pregnancy testing and options support
  • Care after a sexual assault
  • Sexual health education and support

Red Deer and Ponoka clinic location only:

  • Birth control prescription & free supplies
  • Intrauterine Device (IUD) insertions and removals
  • Contraceptive Implant (Nexplanon) insertions and removals
  • Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)

Red Deer clinic location only:

  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination
