Sexual Health Clinic

Sexual Health clinics in Central zone offer both drop-in services and booked appointments.

Sexual & Reproductive Health services and include the following:

  • STI testing & treatment
  • free emergency contraception
  • free condoms
  • birth control information
  • birth control prescription & free supplies (only in Red Deer and Ponoka)
  • pregnancy testing and options support
  • care after a sexual assault
  • HPV vaccination
  • IUD & contraceptive implant insertions & removals (only in Red Deer and Ponoka)
  • HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) (only in Red Deer and Ponoka)
