Community Audiology Services

Offers hearing screening, diagnostic hearing assessments, and follow-up for pediatrics to adults (6 months and up).

This service does not provide, adjust, or sell hearing aids. For hearing aid sales, fitting and adjustment, please refer to private practice audiology.

Community Audiology provides the following services:

  • hearing screening (6 months to up to 18 years of age)
  • diagnostic assessment (6 months to up to 18 years of age)
  • diagnostic assessment for adults (18+ years of age) with hearing concerns related to a medical issue
  • oncology (baseline/monitoring) hearing assessment

Eligibility

Eligibility includes:

  • Ages 3 years old and older

Healthcare providers should consult the Alberta Referral Directory for service referral information.

We accept referrals from doctors, speech language pathologists, audiologists, and public health nurses.
