Specimen Collection Requirements: | Collection tubes must be prewarmed. Warm collection tubes to 37ºC prior to collection. Maintain the collection tubes at 37°C during transport to the laboratory, where it will be processed at 37°C. Calgary and South Zone Patient Service Centres : Follow instructions on Cryoglobulin Collection Log and record each step as completed. Specimens received without a fully completed log sheet will be rejected. For pediatric patients less than 14 years of age (ACH only): Follow instructions on Cryoglobulin Collection Log – Pediatric. This test can only be collected at the following locations: Calgary Zone:
