Nutrition Counselling - Adults and Pediatric

A registered dietitian assists clients to make diet, behavioural, and lifestyle changes to manage their medical condition and / or improve their health.

The majority of nutrition counselling occurs on an individual basis, however, group sessions may be offered to promote enhanced learning of clients. Nutrition information and resources can be found on Alberta Health Services’ Healthy Eating Starts Here and at MyHealth.Alberta.ca.
