AHS Contracts

Below Trade Agreement Financial Thresholds

The NWPTA trade agreement sets financial thresholds below which a competitive process is not required to award a contract. For instance, a contract can be entered into without a public competition when the value is either below $75,000 for goods and services, or $200,000 for construction. (Note: contracts that also qualify as an Approved Procurement Exception are generally classified as Approved Procurement Exceptions and not as Below Trade Agreement Threshold contracts.) AHS has policies to ensure the standards within the trade agreements are followed.

The contracts included in this listing are contracts managed through AHS’ Contracting, Procurement and Supply Management department.
