Respiratory Therapists provide respiratory therapeutic and diagnostic services across the continuum of care.Due to COVID-19, service times may vary. Call to confirm. This service, provided to all age groups, evaluates respiratory needs in a variety of settings including: community acute care (hospital) outpatient continuing care Services include: respiratory assessments diagnostic testing to indicate medications diagnostics including spirometry, arterial blood gases, and oximetry Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) respiratory equipment needs assessment consultation services for equipment and sleep related issues COPD rehabilitation clinics asthma clinics in sites with visiting specialists referrals to other disciplines education on how to use respiratory medicine smoking cessation programs educational workshops as requested by community or providers taking part in health and wellness fairs support and participation in research initiatives

Appointment times are: Holters (0730, 0800, 0830, 0900).
PFT (1000, 1100, 1300, 1400, 1500).
Last appointment is at 1500 because the Respiratory Therapist works 0730-1530.

Doctor's referral required except for educational programs.
