For many, camping is a summer tradition — and now cardiac patients ages 8 to 14 have a weekend summer camp of their own located at Wabamun Lake, 65 km west of Edmonton. The counsellors at Heart Heroes Camp are all physicians, nurses or therapists from the Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton. 'I don't feel different here,' says one camper. 'I feel normal.'
