Fit for Work

Workers who have respiratory virus symptoms should follow the guidance in the Attending Work Policy.


Internal Staff Tools

Staff, physicians, volunteers and approved partners can access the secure tools below while outside the Healthy network. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.


iExpense Access

If you require full access to iExpense (to approve claims and review receipts) you must log into the Healthy network. iExpense remote access should only be used for submitting claims.

If you are a staff member, you can contact us if you are experiencing a problem with your computer, printer or application software. 

For example:

  • You can't print
  • Your computer doesn't start or isn't working properly
  • You are not receiving email
  • You need access (such as email) for new staff
  • You need your access to shared network drives changed
  • You're a clinician and you need Solution Centre support

Note: Not all information or applications are accessible remotely.


Password Reset

If you forget your password use the IAM application to reset it. The IAM application will now direct you to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to reset your password, if you have MFA capability. If you do not have MFA capability, you will continue to use your security profile question/answer pairs to change your password.

e-People Access

Staff accessing e-People for the first time or from a computer or device outside of the organization will be prompted to answer security questions when they sign in.

If you require full access to e-People including manager tools you must log into the Healthy network.

Note: Staff accessing e-People from outside the Healthy network are required to complete a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) step to login.
