AHS offers wide range of addiction, mental health support in South Zone

LETHBRIDGE – Uncertainty during times of crisis can be overwhelming, and this year has been particularly stressful for many Albertans worried about their health, finances and mental health. 

Help is available through Alberta Health Services (AHS), various support organizations and those close to you. If you are in crisis, please connect with your healthcare professional or call 911 if it’s an emergency. Please be aware of these other supports throughout AHS South Zone:

While many of us only see our doctor for our physical health, having conversations about how we are coping is important to our overall well-being. If you are not connected to a doctor at this time, you can locate one at albertafindadoctor.ca

Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) 

Located in Medicine Hat (403-504-1811) and Lethbridge (403-329-4775), the CMHA offers a wide array of programs and services in each community, as well as some online supports. For more information, you can contact the CMHA office directly or find them on Facebook.
