Weekend outpatient clinics closed throughout October in Manning

September 30, 2021

MANNING — The Manning Community Health Centre will close its weekend outpatient clinics from Oct. 1 to Oct. 31, because of increased capacity pressures due to COVID-19 and a temporary staffing shortage.

AHS is working to ensure local residents continue to have access to the care they need during this time. Regular weekday outpatient clinics, which had been closed Sept. 22-30, will be open from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Friday, beginning Oct. 4.

Emergency services will not be impacted. The emergency department remains open 24/7 for any urgent health concerns.

Residents are reminded to contact their primary healthcare provider or call Health Link at 811, which is available 24/7, for non-emergency, health-related questions.

AHS would like to thank the community for its patience and understanding during this time.
