Parking Payments

Online

Parking ticket payments are due within seven (7) days of issue.

You may pay your ticket through our online portal with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted).

Pay Online

Visa Debit is not accepted at this time.

Please note that you may not find your ticket in our system if it was issued today; ticket information is generally downloaded within one business day of the time of issue. For support regarding online parking payments, please email provincialparking@ahs.ca.

By Mail

By mailing a cheque or money order (no cash) to:

Please note: Alberta Health Services must be named in the Payee field of all cheques and money orders.

Appeal

You may submit your appeal:

  1. Using our online portal. You may not find your ticket in our online system if it was issued today; ticket information is downloaded to the online database within one business day of issue.

Parking ticket appeals must be in writing and received in the Parking Services Compliance Office within sixty (60) days of issue.

Appeals received after this date or after payment has been made will not be considered.

In your appeal please include your full name and mailing address, email address, ticket (citation) number, and reason for appeal.

Please also include copies of relevant documentation such as parking receipts and permits.
