Changes in practice and policy are happening across AHS in response to the pandemic, resulting in many ethical questions for people working in the health system . In this video, AHS’ Clinical Ethics Service delivers a presentation on the ethics of mandatory vaccination. They highlight how healthcare workers have additional obligations, times when prevention of harm to others can justify curtailing individual liberties, and how those liberties should be curtailed as little as possible when trying to achieve healthcare goals.
