Bring your Alberta Health Care Card, Health Insurance Information (Blue Cross, etc) and photo identification with you to your appointment.
Underground parking is available in West (Lot 10) Parking Lot. See map for location.
HPTP is located on the ground floor of the McCaig Tower which is the newer white building on the west side of the FMC campus (MT on the map).
Enter through the main doors of McCaig Tower (West Site Entrance) and inquire at the admitting desk, or follow the signage to outpatient clinic area
Your wait time will depend upon the acuity of patients in the clinic. We encourage you to bring something with you to pass the time as wait times can be up to 2-4 hours. Food and drink will not be provided.
No medications will be given until you have been seen by the Physician or Nurse Practitioner. If medication is required, there may be some charges associated with filling your prescription and supplies.
