We are located at the Ambulatory Care Centre (formerly the Tom Baker Cancer Centre) in the Special Services Building (SSB) Ambulatory Centre on the Foothills Medical Campus. Our new address is 1331 29 St NW, Calgary, AB T2N 2T9. View Parking Map.

A multidisciplinary program that offers services and options for women with pelvic floor issues, including pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and bladder dysfunction.

For Your Appointment

In advance of your appointment, complete the online education outlined in your notification of appointment letter.

On the day of your appointment, bring your patient education workshop questionnaire, bladder diary, and the patient history form enclosed with your notification of appointment letter.

You can also access clinic handouts, online patient education workshops and health information by visiting Pelvic Foor Health.

Be sure to come with a comfortably full bladder.

Remember to bring your Alberta Healthcare card and a piece of photo ID.

Plan to give yourself enough time to find suitable parking.

Finding Us

When coming onto the Foothills Medical Campus from the:

  • East Entrance - turn on to 29th Street NW and then into the Emergency Entrance. Follow the one-way drive past the Main Entrance to the Special Services Entrance. 
  • West Entrance - located just off 16th Ave NW, exit onto West Campus Boulevard and follow Hospital Drive. Continue to Hospital Drive and follow the one-way drive past the Main Entrance to the Special Services Entrance.

Once at the Special Services entrance, take the elevators down one floor to Ground level and follow the signs for the Willow Hub (going East) towards the Ambulatory Care Centre. The reception desk will be in Room AGE 755.


What to Expect

Be prepared that your first appointment will take approximately one hour. Depending on your concern and the treatment required, you may see a nurse/nurse continence advisor, advanced nurse practitioner or physician.

Pessary insertion may be included as part of your first appointment.
