We encourage AHS staff and volunteers to promote the TSFE Policy on all AHS facilities to ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff, patients and visitors. One way to do this is to have conversations with anyone who may be smoking on AHS property, and kindly asking they refrain or move off property to a designated smoking area. Conversations of this nature may be difficult and need to be entered into with care and caution. We want to support staff and volunteers in their effort to enact the policy, so we have created a library of resources, guides and videos to show you how to best engage in difficult conversations.
