Ambulatory Care provides outpatient services to cardiac patients. This includes both clinic visits & specialized on-site diagnostic imaging and treatments. All services are provided on a referral basis.
A number of cardiac Ambulatory Care clinics are offered at the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute to meet unique patient needs. Clinics are offered on site; however, patients may also have the option to visit their healthcare provider via telehealth.
Clinics strive to actively participate in ongoing research that impact evidence based practice and positive patient outcomes.
