May 2, 2022

NORTH ZONE - During Mental Health Week, May 2-8, Alberta Health Services (AHS) reminds Albertans of the small steps they can take to help themselves and others.

The ability to bounce back after stressful situations can be strengthened when support is given and received. Strong connections with others can help build resiliency.

During this week, the North Zone is recognizing Mental Health Week through the following events:

Grande Prairie

If you or someone you know is struggling, resources and supports, such as Text4Hope and Togetherall, are available. Visit ahs.ca/helpintoughtimes.
