This virtual event, open to anyone who wants to attend, will showcase the top submissions from each category and will award finalists with mentorship, exposure and grant money. This year i4 is exploring the future of health and care, untangling historical assumptions from the needs of a modern population.

COMMUNITY HEALTH + CARE

Home health in the community is our future. Ideas in this category debunk the myth that services can only be provided by professionals in clinical settings. We are looking for innovative care models in the community to re-imagine care for older adults and other populations.

MENTAL HEALTH + WELLNESS

Let's move beyond talking about it. Mental health and wellness are top of mind since the COVID pandemic. Ideas in this category thrust tangible solutions into action. We are looking for innovative ways to support mental health and wellness for people who access or work in the health and care system.

HEALTH EQUITY

Bottom line: not everyone has access to the health and care they need. Ideas in this category are going to do something about that. We are looking for innovative approaches to improve equity, diversity, and inclusion to improve quality and safety for people in health and care.
