For your child’s appointment please remember to bring your child’s Alberta Health care card, as well as your Alberta Health care card and one piece of photo identification.
Please notify the public health nurse of any medications your child may have. Please bring all the medicine they take in their original containers as well as an up-to-date list of all the medications. It may be helpful to bring actual medication bottles and/or blister packs to your appointment.
The Child Health Clinics Community is located on the first floor of East Edmonton Health Centre in Public Health, near the north doors.
You will meet with a public health nurse (PHN) who will be able to provide immunizations for infants and preschool children as well as education, counselling and support for parents.
Referrals to healthcare providers and additional community resources may be done as needed.
