Physician Area Trainers and Super Users are critical to the success of Connect Care, and will champion the initiative in their teams. Recruitment for these positions starts around 10 months prior to launch.

Physician Area Trainers deliver Connect Care in-classroom training while promoting transformation and clinical improvement. Area Trainers will be assigned by training track/ clinical area to ensure the best training approach.
Physician Super Users become clinical experts in use of the system and trusted resources to support peers in learning new workflows. Super Users will be assigned by site and specialty area to ensure the best support coverage at launch.
