Residents invited to learn more about addiction and mental health services at Peace Health Advisory Council session

GRANDE PRAIRIE –Local and area residents are invited to attend a public information session on Tuesday, September 25. Peace Health Advisory Council are pleased to be providing an opportunity for the public to learn more about Addiction and Mental Health Services available in the community. Alberta Health Services and Grande Prairie Regional College will be presenting.

The information session runs from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Grande Prairie Regional College, Room D208, 10726 106 Ave. Learn more about accessible services in the community.

Health Advisory Councils play an important role in supporting the strategic direction of AHS by engaging members of their communities throughout Alberta in a respectful, transparent and accountable manner. Public participation is essential to improving the quality and accountability of health services. Working in partnership with AHS is an important way to ensure that services are more responsive to the needs of those who use them.
