Physician coverage found: Fairview Health Complex ED to reopen at 7 p.m. Jan. 12

January 12, 2024

FAIRVIEW — Physician coverage has been found for the emergency department (ED) at the Fairview Health Complex as of 7 p.m., Friday, Jan. 12. The emergency department will be fully open and available to area residents in need of urgent care at this time.

The previous Public Service Announcement issued Jan. 10 stated that the Fairview Health Complex would be temporarily without on-site physician coverage from 7 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 11 to 7 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 13. This is now partially rescinded.

We are grateful for the support of our healthcare teams and would like to thank the community for their patience and understanding.
