Water quality advisory lifted for The Lake at Heritage Pointe

CALGARY – Effective immediately, Alberta Health Services (AHS) has lifted the water quality advisory that was issued on Aug. 28, for the water at The Lake at Heritage Pointe (located within the Calgary Zone of AHS).

Water quality, including fecal bacteria levels, has returned to an acceptable level and the health risk is low for usage of the lake for recreational purposes.

As always, visitors and residents are reminded to never drink or cook with untreated water directly from any lake or reservoir, at any time.
