The Maternal Newborn Child & Youth Strategic Clinical Network (MNCY SCN) aims to catalyze real, sustainable change and improve outcomes for expectant mothers and children of all ages throughout Alberta.

The APHP is a provincial program embedded within the MNCY SCN that aims to improve the quality of perinatal care in Alberta, improve outcomes for pregnant women and newborns, and promote a shared vision for healthy mothers, babies and families.
