Arrive 15 minutes early, to give yourself time to complete check in.
We are a full fee-for-service clinic and follow the Alberta Dental Association Fee guide in place at the time of service. Payment is due immediately following your appointment. We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash. If you have dental insurance, remember to bring your policy information with you.
Bring an updated list of medications and let us know if you require assistance with mobility prior to your appointment.
New patient forms must be completed when the patient checks in. If patient has a guardian, who is unable to attend the appointment, the forms must be completed/signed by the guardian and emailed to us prior to the appointment.
Bring an interpreter if required.

We are located on the second floor of the University of Alberta Hospital, in room 2C1 by the Tea House.
We are close to the stairs by the Rexall Pharmacy on the main floor, or you can access the second floor using the elevators. If you take the South Glass elevators, turn right when you exit the elevator. The clinic is on the right side, just past the Tea House.
When you arrive at the clinic, you will be greeted by the receptionist, who will check you in and ensure all required forms are completed. Depending on the services delivered that day, you might see a dentist, hygienist, registered dental assistant, or surgical coordinator.
Appointment times will vary. An estimated time may be provided at time of appointment booking.
Any after-care requirements at home will be discussed during your consultation appointment.
