Meditech Clinical Solution Centre: 1-877-311-4300

The Solution Centre is your first point of contact for Meditech user support. (For Finance & CPSM, Lab and Seniors Health see below for additional instructions.)

Solution Centre (24 hours/day)

 Assist with Meditech problems, such as:

  • Meditech “How To’s”
  • Meditech password problems / reset
  • Meditech training material
  • Meditech duplicates/demographic discrepancies
  • Meditech functionality issues (ie. report won’t print)
 

IT Service Desk (24 hours/day)

Assist with computer, printer, phone or application software problems, such as:

  • Non-Meditech printing issues
  • Computer/Citrix password problems/reset
  • Phone issues
  • Faulty equipment (ie. monitor not working, printer toner refill)
  • Computer running slow

  • Call 1-877-311-4300
  • Press 1 for Clinical Apps
  • Press 3 for Meditech and follow options

Rural Clinical User Support

The Clinical User Support (CUS) team is available to assist clinical end users with questions regarding information system use, functions and the availability of training materials.
