  • more than 10 confirmed attendees are required
  • minimum of one month notice

Patient Education Classes

Diabetes 6 Week Series

Attend 6 of the Diabetes workshops in a supportive sequence, gain knowledge and build on learning week by week
Register once and attend the same day and time, at the same location each week for 6 weeks.

NOTE: If you register for this series, you will be registered for all classes in the series

  • Taking Charge – Daily Management of Type 2 Diabetes (2 ½ hours)
  • Diabetes: Healthy Eating (3 hours)
  • Physical Activity and Type 2 Diabetes (2 ½  hours)
  • Foot Care (2 hours)
  • Diabetes: Meal Planning (3 hours)
  • Taking Charge – Long Term Management of Diabetes (2 ½ hours)
