For public transit, the closest LRT station is the Health Sciences Jubilee Station.
Use elevators near the Information Desk found in the Main Entrance of the Kaye Edmonton Clinic and go to the fourth (4th) floor. When you exit the elevator, proceed to the hallway and follow the signs to find Unit 4D.
After you are seen in the clinic the MS neurologist will send your family physician a ‘consult’ letter with their findings and a summary of your treatment plan. Your MS neurologist will most likely want to see you annually, or more often, for follow-up.
For booking routine follow-up appointments you will be contacted about 1 – 2 months before your recall date. If needed, you may contact the administrative assistant to re-schedule, book, or cancel and appointment.
The appointment length can vary depending on your visit from 30 minutes to one hour.
