May 8, 2015

LETHBRIDGE – Local businesses, organizations and individuals are invited to volunteer for the annual Spring Clean-up Blitz at Chinook Regional Hospital.

About 20 volunteers are needed May 29 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to clean up around the hospital grounds. Duties include wiping down patio furniture, raking, pulling weeds and sweeping.

Volunteers can stay for the entire shift or for a few hours.

This is a great opportunity for businesses, organizations and volunteers to give back to the community, network with others and raise their profile. Interested groups and individuals are encouraged to register with Volunteer Resources by calling 403-388-6311 or emailing volunteer.lethbridge@albertahealthservices.ca.
