HIGH PRAIRIE – The High Prairie Community Health and Wellness Clinic is moving into its new building, located at the new High Prairie Health Complex (5101 - 38 Street).

Friday, June 9 will be the last day of operations for the clinic in its current location at the old hospital site (4620 - 53 Ave). Patients will begin being seen in the new clinic location, at 5101 - 38 Street, on Wednesday, June 14 at 9:00 a.m.

Community Health and Wellness Clinic patients requiring non-urgent primary care on Monday or Tuesday next week (June 12 and 13) can visit the Ambulatory Care Department, located next to the Emergency Department at the new Health Complex. Three physicians and part of our Community Health and Wellness Clinic team will be providing walk-in services from this location on these two days while the new space is set up.

Booked appointments will be available at the new clinic space beginning Wednesday, June 14. To book an appointment please contact the clinic directly at 780-523-2868.

Once moved into the new location next Wednesday, the clinic will resume regular hours, including booked appointments available from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, with walk-in appointments available from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday.

The High Prairie Community Health and Wellness Clinic will continue to provide convenient access to primary care services with a collaborative healthcare team in a bright, new, modern facility.
