Dr. Oteghekpen comes to Whitecourt from the community of St Paul, where he also provided rural acute and emergency care to the patients of the community. Prior to that, Dr Oteghekpen was a Family Medicine Physician, offering his services both in person and via Telemedicine to community members in Yenagoa, Nigeria.
