ONOWAY — Local addiction and mental health offices will be temporarily relocating to the Onoway Administration Building (4916 49 Ave.), as of March 6.
The current Alberta Health Services (AHS) office will be closed on March 2 and 3 to facilitate the move to the new location. During this time, virtual services will remain available, as will crisis services by calling 1-888-594-0211.
Support is also available 24/7 through the addiction and mental health helplines. Residents can call Health Link at 811, the Addiction Helpline at 1-866-332-2322 and the Mental Health Helpline 1-877-303-2642. Residents can also visit www.ahs.ca/helpintoughtimes for resources.
AHS addiction and mental health staff will continue to provide full services at the new location with no change to hours or availability. In-person sessions will continue to be available for clients, with options for virtual services also available.
