HIGH LEVEL — Local and area residents now have improved access to primary care with the recruitment of another family physician for the community.

Dr. Oluwaseyi Oyebade is a family medicine and obstetrics physician who is now practising at the Northwest Health Centre. Dr. Oyebade joins a team of eight other family medicine physicians in the community.

“Dr. Oyebade is a welcome addition to the physician team in High Level,” says Dan Williams, MLA, Peace River. “Family physicians are the cornerstone of medical care for rural Albertans and her desire to practise in this region is greatly valued.”

Originally from Nigeria, Dr. Oyebade completed her residency in South Africa.

Dr. Oyebade and her spouse enjoy swimming and soccer, and look forward to learning more about the region.
