Temporary closure of Grande Prairie Public Health Clinic

April 30, 2025

GRANDE PRAIRIE — Due to indoor air quality issues, the Grande Prairie Public Health Clinic, located in the Grande Prairie Provincial Building, is temporarily closed.

Public Health staff are reaching out and rescheduling patients with appointments booked up to May 3, 2025.

Alberta Health Services (AHS) recognizes unplanned closures can be stressful to clients seeking care. The building operator is working to complete the repair and reopen the facility as quickly as possible. AHS will provide an update once the length of the temporary closure is known.

Health Link at 811 is available 24/7 for non-emergency, health-related questions. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911.

AHS would like to thank the community for its patience and understanding as this work is completed.
